HOW DO I TIP?

The “Add a tip” option is available when you check out using the standard cart checkout (by clicking the “Checkout” or “Shop” button). It will appear just below your payment method.

If you choose PayPal or another express checkout option, the tip feature won’t be visible. These payment methods use their own checkout flow, which doesn’t support adding tips.

If you believe the tip option should be showing but isn’t, please contact us with a couple of screenshots, along with your device type and whether you’re logged into a Shop account. We’re happy to take a closer look and make sure everything is working as it should.

    All orders are placed into your personal Open Box—allowing you to build your collection over time. Your box stays open for up to 60 days, or until you’re ready to ship.

    Want to keep adding? Simply place a new order and type “ADD ON” at checkout so we can continue building your box.

  • SHIPPING

    Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $333 CAD (before taxes). If your total doesn’t reach the free shipping threshold within 60 days, we’ll send you a simple shipping invoice based on your location.

  • CHECK OUT

    At checkout, you’ll see the Open Box (free shipping) option. If your box hasn’t reached the free shipping threshold yet, no worries—we’ll just send a shipping invoice before your order is shipped.

    Need it sooner? Express shipping is also available at checkout.
