SHIPPING + HANDLING
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS - WE SHIP WITH CANADA POST + UPS.
• All orders are automatically placed into an Open Box, which can remain open for a maximum of 30 days, or until you request shipment — whichever comes first.
• FREE shipping is available on orders over $222 CAD, before taxes and fees.
• At checkout, orders will automatically display free shipping, but this is not guaranteed unless the order qualifies. If your order total is below the free shipping threshold, a shipping invoice will be sent before your order can be shipped.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on your location.
• Local pickup is available on the North Shore — please leave a note at checkout or email us to arrange.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, please contact us by email at ravenandsageshop@gmail.com | please note that rushing your order you are paying for express shipping.
Will my order have a tracking number?
Yes, all orders come with tracking.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships. Please remember to check your spam folder.
Should you not receive tracking for whatever reason please email us.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Once shipped, we have no control over the speed of the post office.
Will I be charged customs?
For orders within Canada, there are no customs charges. For anything outside of Canada, you may or may not be charged customs depending on the laws of the destination country. Please note we do not have any control over customs charges that are incurred nor are we responsible for payment or held packages.
Pre-order shipments
Please note that any orders that include a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is ready.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
My item arrived damaged
If your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 3 days of the package arrival date with a picture of your damaged item, box it came in and order number at ravenandsageshop@gmail.com
Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We currently do not offer exchanges and returns.
Final sale items
All sale items are final sale.
Lost packages
Divine Raven is not responsible for lost packages after delivery or incorrectly entered addresses at checkout. Please ensure you supply the correct shipping address at checkout with sufficient contact information (email address). Once a package is shown as delivered on the tracking, we are not responsible for it going missing or being stolen. Please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure you know when an item is expected to arrive and to prevent it being stolen on your doorstep.
CHECKOUT
At checkout, orders will automatically display OPEN BOX (free shipping), but this is not guaranteed unless the order surpasses $222 within 30 days If your order total is below the free shipping threshold, a shipping invoice will be sent before your order can be shipped.
A Express shipping tab will also show up if you choose your order to be shipped immediately we can do so at the express rate (1-2 days delivery).
Can I change the currency on the website?
Our website software is set to change the currency automatically when you visit, but if you would like to manually change the currency, please click the currency button on the navigation at the very bottom of the page and select your desired currency type.
How do I enter a discount code?
Please note that all discount codes must be added at checkout before you complete your purchase. We cannot apply a discount code or refund you the difference after your order has been placed. There is a special section at the checkout page where you can enter a discount code.
Can I get a price adjustment if I order before a sale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments if you order before a sale.
Will I be charged tax?
Taxes are automatically calculated (if applicable) at checkout based on the destination address. We do not control tax rates.
