SHIPPING + PACKAGES

We re-use shipping materials, such as boxes and paper materials. 

Canada 

As shipping costs are rising we can no longer offer free shipping at this time. Our shipping is automatically calculated at checkout through Canada Post, shipping can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days. 

United States

As shipping costs are rising we can no longer offer free shipping at this time. Our shipping is automatically calculated at checkout through Canada Post, shipping can take anywhere from 5 - 15 business days. Orders over $500 may be subject to custom fees. 

International 

Shipping can take up to 20 business days for arrival. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. Please track your packages and make sure to retrieve it as soon as possible. 

USA & International Shipping 

Orders over $500 may be subject to custom fees. We are not responsible for packages being held at customs. Customers are responsible for clearance fees. If the customer does not pay these fees and decides to return the package to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees. 

Covid-19 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, processing and shipping times might be slightly delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Please rest assured that your item will be treated with the love and care needed to get it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting our small business. 

Pre-Orders

Are shipped to you once the item arrives to us. Please understand that our supplier has a processing time and they do their very best to ensure your orders are created and delivered to us in a timely manner. However, they can sometimes take 3-4 months for arrival. You will be notified of any changes to arrival times via email.
