Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges this includes any pre-orders made via IG, TikTok or our online web.

However, Should an item arrive broken or damaged, please get in contact with us within 3 days of receiving your package - by emailing ravenandsageshop@gmail.com

Processing an exchange (for damaged or broken items) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location exchanging items may vary.

Please note: If you are returning an item that is over $50, you should consider adding tracking to the package or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen returns.

PLEASE READ: All pre-orders made via our IG, TikTok or online web cannot be refunded. The reason is we cannot reverse payments once items are pre-ordered. Should you not want the product anymore we can give you a store credit/give-card with the amount of the item you pre-ordered.
